We can all learn to be great storytellers at any age! During each class, kids will discover new favorite book characters and rediscover old ones, while also using their creativity and imagination to create characters of their own, making crafts based on the books we read.

JOURNALING FOR ADULTS

January 14, 2025 - March 11, 2025, 6:00-7:00PM

Did you know that journaling can reduce stress, improve mood, and lead to greater emotional well-being and better problem-solving skills? It’s also a lot of fun! In this class, attendees will learn about different types of journaling (bullet, dream, gratitude, travel, art, and so on) and practice writing in journals of their own.

*Registration includes meetings on the second Tuesday of each month for three sessions.
